For my final internship semester, I worked as a motion & graphics design intern with TiER1 Performance in Covington, Kentucky. During my internship, I worked closely with the Life Science design team on Lilly protocol and trial video series, developed new graphic and motion assets across multiple TiER1 projects, and coordinated and collaborated on projects with multidisciplinary teams. Motion and video projects I developed include animated transitions, lower thirds, closed captioning, bumper animations, and logos. I would continue working with TiER1 through a part-time role in my final school semester between my classes and capstone development. TiER1 Brand Refresh
Web Artwork Development
In 2025, TiER1's design team had been developing a new look for the brand over the past year. While jumping into the internship, I was quickly put on a variety of video and graphic projects implementing the brand refresh while also expanding its library of assets. Projects I developed include an All Company Meeting kickoff video + bumpers, a T1 Cornerstone Galaxy Partnership video, and award highlight reels. In October, T1's brand refresh would be public across its socials and website content. I worked closely with the design team in the coming weeks to expand assets and web graphic content for the new branding. This included 10 icon grid layouts [small and large format], portrait + pathway iterations, and animated homepage banners. Featured are samples of web graphic series I developed with the design team.

T1 Thanksgiving Post Artwork
For a smaller project, I developed social media artwork for a T1 LinkedIn post celebrating Thanksgiving in the fall. I explored various iterations with TiER1 iconography and color throughout Thanksgiving stock imagery. The artwork closest to the new brand color palette resonated the most with the design team. A shade of brown was not present in the existing color palette but an exception was made for a small seasonal post.
